Independent IT.
A project focus.

CIA Network takes its name from confidentiality, integrity and availability. The business focuses on helping small businesses assess, plan and improve their office technology through clearly scoped projects. The approach is straightforward: practical recommendations, agreed delivery windows and useful documentation.

Work is scheduled by appointment. Any assistance after a project requires a separate agreement covering scope, duration and availability.

A few things
worth knowing.

Clear expectations make for a better project.

Discuss your project
Do you offer everyday or emergency IT support?

The focus is scheduled projects and assessments. Everyday help-desk and emergency IT support are not offered. Work is by appointment, subject to availability and an agreed scope.

Can you help with a small project?

Small, clearly defined improvements are welcome, subject to scope and availability. An assessment can be a useful starting point when you are unsure what needs to change.

Do you work remotely or onsite?

Please include your location and whether you need remote or onsite assistance in your enquiry. We will confirm whether we can help before agreeing the project.

How much does a project cost?

Pricing depends on the agreed scope, requirements and dependencies. A quote or proposal is discussed once the project is understood. Hardware, licences and third-party work are identified separately where needed.

What happens after the project is complete?

The project finishes with the agreed testing, documentation and handover. Any further assistance needs a separate agreement covering its scope, duration and availability.

Can you support our POS system?

The focus is office and business infrastructure. Specialist POS, EFTPOS and inventory application support should be arranged with the relevant provider.

What would you like to improve?

Tell us a little about your business, your current setup and the outcome you have in mind.
